Reflexology is therapy for your feet! Our feet contain a map of our entire body, like the photo seen here. Using pressure to specific points called reflexes, we can tap into the nervous system to clear blockages and restore vitality throughout the body. Reflexology is holistic, gentle, grounding and non-invasive touch therapy.

A common question I hear often is How is Reflexology different from massage?- Below are key differences to help clarify.

Reflexology: Applied to specific areas (ear, face, foot, hand)

Massage: Applied to the whole body (muscles and connective tissue)

Reflexology: Promotes a response in an area removed from the stimulated reflex point

Massage: Promotes a local response in the muscles and connective tissue

Reflexology: Uses thumbs, fingers and hands with alternating pressure applied

Massage: Uses large muscle movements of the hands, feet, arms and elbows, pressure specific

Reflexology: Healing is based on stimulating the nervous system through reflex points

Massage: Healing is based on direct muscle and connective tissue contact

Reflexology provides attention for our often neglected feet, which help move us through life. Give your body a recharge from head to toe, …actually, all the toes!

  • Reflexology - Feet/Hands/Ears & Hydrotherapy Foot Spa- 90 mins

This extended session starts with an invigorating hot water jetted hydrotherapy soak, which includes Epsom salt and eucalyptus essential oil to warm up and clean the feet. Reflexology begins with the ears to calm the nervous system. I then reflex the feet, which is the bulk of the time. Lastly, I reflex the hands to synergistically balance the entire body. I also target reflex points on the feet utilizing essential oils to promote wellbeing. The session ends with a cleansing hot foot wrap.
