Reflexology is therapy for your feet! Our feet contain a map of our entire body, like the photo seen here. Using pressure to specific points called reflexes, we can tap into the nervous system to clear blockages and restore vitality throughout the body. Reflexology is holistic, gentle, grounding and non-invasive touch therapy.
How is Reflexology different from massage? The main difference between massage therapy and reflexology is the area of focus and the techniques used. Massage therapy works to relieve muscle tension throughout the entire body, while reflexology applies pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears that are believed to correspond with different organs and systems. Both aim to achieve harmony and balance, and both can have the same goal, yet achieve through different channels.
Reflexology helps to balance the body's energy and support its natural healing processes via an often neglected area of focus, our feet! They lead us through life, hold all of our body weight and are covered for much of their time, often in fashionable but not functional shoes. A little attention goes a long way…Give your feet a treat!
Reflexology is often beneficial for:
plantar fasciitis / neuropathy / poor circulation / stress / trauma / relaxation / PTSD / migraines / lower back tension / PMS / neck tension / insomnia

Reflexology - Feet/Hands/Ears & Hydrotherapy Foot Spa- 90 mins
This extended session starts with an invigorating hot water jetted hydrotherapy soak, which includes Epsom salt and eucalyptus essential oil to warm up and clean the feet. Reflexology begins with the ears to calm the nervous system. I then reflex the feet, which mirrors the entire body. Lastly, I reflex the hands to synergistically balance all extremities. I then moisturize the feet with light jojoba oil and essential oils to promote wellbeing. The session ends with a cleansing hot foot wrap.
